What is Ankorstore Plus?

Ankorstore Plus is our paid membership programme for independent retailers. It is available to all retailers on our platform (in eligible countries) and offers exclusive benefits in exchange for a monthly payment.

How can brands benefit from Ankorstore Plus?

Ankorstore Plus has been designed to create long-lasting loyalty with our retailers to generate repeat orders for your brand at no additional cost to you.

The programme offers a range of market-leading benefits to Ankorstore Plus members including:

• Free shipping*
  Ankorstore covers the flat shipping fee on behalf of retailers who are members of Ankorstore Plus for all orders below the free shipping thresholds defined by the brands*. Retailers can therefore better manage their stocks, avoid shipping fees, and guarantee smooth availability of your products on the shelves.

  *On a majority of brands. Brand selection may evolve over time as decided by Ankorstore

• Up to 90-day payment terms:
  Retailers benefit from an free additional 30 days of payment terms compared to our standard offer. Their eligibility for our payment terms is determined at the time of payment, subject to approval by Ankorstore's financial partners.

• Repeat Offer
  The Repeat offer allows our brands to encourage reorders from Ankorstore Plus retailers, thus developing long-term relationships.
  How? By offering a discount ranging from 5% to 20% on their entire catalogue as soon as a retailer spends more than €500 with them over a three-month period.
  
  This discount is activated on D+1 when the retailer reaches the €500 threshold and the brand validates the order. It remains active until the last day of the following quarter. This discount is financed directly by the brands. They can change or cancel it at any time by going to the "Offers" tab in their Ankorstore account.

  Please note that brand discounts are not cumulative and that we only apply the highest discount available. For example, if a member receives a 15% personalised discount from a brand and the Repeat Offer discount is 10%, only the 15% discount will be applied. The same applies to our commercial events: if the discount offered by the brand is 5%, and its Repeat offer discount is 10%, the Repeat offer will be applied.

  Exception: discounts can only be combined with offers made by Ankorstore during commercial events organised by the platform.

• Fast delivery guaranteed anywhere in France
  Ankorstore offers a selection of brands for delivery to retailers anywhere in mainland France (excluding Corsica) within 3 working days. This timeframe is guaranteed by Ankorstore for Ankorstore Plus members only.
