What is the purpose of the Ad campaign feature on Ankorstore?
The Ad campaign feature allows brands to promote their products through sponsored products on Ankorstore's platform. This will boost brands’ visibility on the platform.
Who can create Ad campaigns on Ankorstore?
A limited number of brands registered on Ankorstore will have the ability to create advertising campaigns. These brands will be manually selected by Ankorstore teams, giving them access to a new feature available in their Account.
How much does it cost to run Ads?
The pricing model of Ads on Ankorstore is a Cost Per Click (CPC) model. It costs a fixed price of 3€ tax excluded per click on a sponsored product. No bidding is involved, so you have transparency in your advertising costs: the number of clicks you will get depends on your maximum weekly budget.
Can I choose where my Ads will be displayed?
No, brands do not have the option to select where their Ads will appear. They will be displayed on category and subcategory pages alongside organic results, distinguished by a "Sponsored" label on the product tile.
When and where are my sponsored products displayed?
We are displaying sponsored products of the brands on the category and subcategory pages.
The sponsored products, as any other product, have to match the filters of the retailer browsing our platform to be displayed, in order to ensure relevance. This means a retailer selecting a certain margin, value, price range or any other filter, only the “organic products” and “sponsored products” corresponding to the filters will be displayed.
The list of categories for which Sponsored products are displayed are the following ones, and their subcategories pages:
Home & Kitchen
Food & Drinks
Beauty & Wellness
Fashion & Accessories
Jewellery
Baby & Kids
Stationery & Hobbies
Please note that we are not displaying sponsored products in the search, on Featured collections pages, or on the homepage.
Which retailers can see my Ads?
The Ads (or “sponsored products”) are displayed to all users who can buy from your brand, depending on their country. This is the same logic as for any of your products, when they are displayed naturally on Ankorstore.
Therefore, if you are not open to certain countries, users in those countries won’t see your Ads. This will have an impact on the number of retailers you can reach.
How can I differentiate sponsored products from organic ones?
Sponsored Ad tiles will be labelled with a "Sponsored" mention at the bottom, making them easily distinguishable from organic product listings.
How long can I run my Ad campaign?
You can set up your campaign to run for a minimum of 1 week or a maximum of 60 days, within the available time frame. We strongly encourage you to run Ads for at least 3 weeks / 1 month to be able to see the impact of Ads on the visibility of your products.
What budget options are available for Ad campaigns?
Brands can choose from three maximum weekly budget options when creating their campaigns:
75€/week
135€/week
190€/week
This allows you to set a budget that aligns with your marketing goals and budgetary constraints.
This a maximum weekly budget, which is the amount you are ready to pay, weekly, for the Ads campaign. We are calculating the overall budget of a campaign (based on the maximum weekly budget and the duration of the campaign), and we try to spend your budget evenly over the course of the campaign, to avoid it being spent all at once at the beginning. We might over-spend in the first hours or days of your campaign, to let your Ads campaign enough space to kickstart in the best conditions.
Please note that the number of impressions and clicks you will get on your sponsored products depend on the number of retailers browsing the pages where your Ads are shown and retailers’ clicking behaviour, and we might spend less than your maximum weekly budget.
Can I choose the products to include in my Ad campaign?
Yes, you have the flexibility to select the products you want to sponsor in your Ad campaign. You can enrol a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 20 products, ensuring that you promote the items that matter most to your brand.
Can I make changes to my Ad campaign once it's live?
Once an Ad campaign is live, you can make changes to it. You can change the following parameters:
start date of the campaign (if not started yet)
end date of the campaign (if not ended yet)
choice of the maximum weekly budget (possible even when the campaign already started)
choice of the products to include in the campaign (possible even when the campaign already started)
The current settings of your campaign can be found in the Campaigns list table (name, start date, end date, maximum weekly budget and number of products).
Once a campaign has ended, you can’t edit it anymore.
How do I track the performance of my Ad campaign?
Ankorstore provides performance metrics and analytics to help you monitor the effectiveness of your Ad campaign. You will find:
an overall dashboard with a summary of the Ads (all campaigns mixed together)
a campaign dashboard (accessible when clicking on a particular campaign), with more detailed metrics of the campaign, and performance metrics for each product of the campaign.
You can find a glossary and definitions of some terms for Ads below in this article.
Are there additional fees?
There are no additional fees beyond the fixed price of 3€ per click on a sponsored product. Ankorstore provides a transparent pricing model, so you can budget effectively for your advertising campaigns.

Impressions
The number of times your Ad is displayed on a page. You will not be charged for impressions.
Clicks
The number of clicks on one of your ads to view your products.
Spent budget
The amount you are currently spending, based on the number of clicks.
Please note that we don’t charge you for invalid clicks (double-clicks, same retailer clicking on the same Ad, …) This may explain a difference between the number of clicks (total clicks) and the Spent amount.
Revenue
Total sales generated following a click on an Ad by retailers within 30 days. The total amount of the order is counted as “Revenue”.
Return On Ad Spent (ROAS)
ROAS is a measure of how profitable your ad campaign is. It's equal to Revenue/Spent budget.
Weekly maximum budget
It is the amount you are ready to pay, weekly, for the Ads campaign.
Please note that the number of impressions and clicks you will get on your sponsored products depend on the number of retailers browsing the pages where your Ads are shown and retailers’ clicking behaviour. So we might spend less than your maximum weekly budget, if not enough retailers are interacting with your Ads.
Click-Through-Rate (CTR)
The CTR of each sponsored product corresponds to the number of times the Ad has been clicked, divided by the number of times the Ad has been displayed.
CTR = clicks/impressions
Conversion rate
It corresponds to the number of times a sponsored product has been bought, divided by the number of times this sponsored product has been clicked.
How can I access the details of each product’s performance within a campaign?
You need to click on a campaign in the list of Campaigns, and at the bottom of the Campaign dashboard, you can see a table with the different metrics listed above for each product which has been enrolled in the Ad campaign
Monitor the performance of an Ad campaign
Please note that due to B2B sales cycles and the attribution window of 30 days post-click, you should check the Performance of your Ads campaign 30 days after its end.
