What is the Discovery Selection?
Every first Tuesday of the month, discover the new list of 100 brands in the "Discovery Selection" and enjoy a 10% discount on your first order with these brands, while taking advantage of the usual platform benefits like low order minimums or free delivery*.

This selection includes 100 brands that are already Ankorstore partners or have recently joined the platform, which our teams are keen to highlight for their uniqueness, the quality of their offer, and/or their story.

When does the Discovery Selection update?

The list of 100 participating brands is updated every first Tuesday of each month.

Once the list is updated, you can no longer benefit from the 10% discount on the 100 brands of the previous month's selection.

Who can benefit from this discount?

All merchants can access this discount.

  • The list of 100 participating brands is updated every first Tuesday of each month.

How do the discounts work?

Which discounts can I combine?

  • The discount funded by Ankorstore and the highest discount funded by the brand are combinable.

  • Discounts funded by Ankorstore are combinable: merchants can benefit from the welcome discount, and 5% discount.

Which discounts cannot be combined?

  • Discounts funded by brands: you only benefit from the highest discount funded by the brands (product discount, personalized offer, event discount, loyalty discount).

Where can I see the discount applied?

  • 10% discount is automatically applied at checkout for the first order with a participating brand.

  • The 10% is visible only at checkout for merchants.

  • The applied discounts are not automatically deducted from the product prices.

My order hasn’t been confirmed yet. What should I do?

Orders placed on Ankorstore may be subject to verification by Ankorstore's Finance team or financial partners.

This process can take up to one working day following order confirmation and is necessary to verify the business information and identity of all buyers on Ankorstore. In most cases, we won’t need to contact you. However, if required, our Finance team will contact you directly via email to confirm or retrieve the business information needed to validate your order.

Brands will only see your order once verification is completed.

What products does the "Discovery Selection" discount apply to?

The discount applies to all products in the catalogs of the 100 participating brands across Europe every month.
