Ankorstore+ Specific Terms

1. What is Ankorstore +

The Ankorstore+ Subscription (the “Subscription”) is a monthly subscription allowing the Retailer to access several specific benefits. The Subscription is offered to eligible Retailers in accordance with the terms set forth below (the “Ankorstore+ Terms”).

The Ankorstore+ Terms form an integral part of the applicable Platform TOU accepted by the Retailer upon creation of its Account. All capitalized terms used herein that are not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the said TOU: Terms of use Retailers (Buyers).

By subscribing to the Subscription, the Retailer fully and unconditionally accepts the Ankorstore+ Terms. Ankorstore reserves the right to amend the Ankorstore+ Terms at any time. 2. Accessing Ankorstore +

The Subscription is accessible to eligible Retailers whose professional domicile is located within the following Countries:

  • France;

  • Great Britain;

  • Germany;

  • Spain;

  • The Netherlands;

  • Belgium.

The Retailer benefits from a minimum 30-day free trial (longer depending on eligibility) for its first Subscription, limited to one free trial per Retailer.

Ankorstore reserves the right at any time to request from the Retailer any document deemed necessary to ensure that the above criteria are fully met by the Retailer before validating its Subscription.

3. What benefits are included?

Ankorstore may at any time add or remove any of the benefits listed below. The Retailer will be notified in advance.

  1. Flat Shipping Fee Exemptions

A Retailer who has subscribed to a Subscription will be exempt from the Flat Shipping Fees for all orders below the Free Shipping Threshold defined by the Brands. Flat Shipping Fees will nevertheless appear on the Order Invoice but will be borne by Ankorstore, which will be reflected in the Fees Invoice.

  1. Deferred Payment with no fees

An eligible Retailer benefiting from deferred payment who has subscribed to a Subscription may benefit from payment terms of up to 90 days without Deferred Payment Fees.

The Retailer is informed that eligibility for deferred payment is determined at the sole discretion of the Payment Partner (Aria), and in accordance with the Platform TOU. The Payment Partner acts here as an independent service provider of Ankorstore:  ..


3. Guaranteed Fast Delivery (mainland France only – excluding Corsica)

A Retailer who has subscribed to a Subscription and is domiciled in mainland France (excluding Corsica) benefits from guaranteed fast delivery on a selection of Brands and/or Products. The terms are detailed in the FAQ: .

As the eligible Brands and/or Products may change at any time, the Retailer is invited to verify eligibility before placing any order.
Ankorstore will use its best efforts to ensure that orders are validated by the Brands as soon as possible. Nevertheless, the Retailer is informed that Ankorstore is not able to validate orders in the name and on behalf of the Brands.

Ankorstore cannot guarantee delivery on the Retailer’s opening days and hours. No order paid by SEPA transfer will be eligible for fast delivery.

4. Loyalty Discount

A Retailer who has subscribed to a Subscription benefits from dedicated Loyalty Discounts put in place by the Brands.

These Discounts apply starting from a minimum of €500 spent with a Brand within the same quarter.

The Brands may offer the Retailer a 5% to 20% Discount. The Retailer is informed that the implementation of these Discounts and their amount is decided at the sole discretion of the Brands, and Ankorstore has no ability to influence this.

The Discount will be available to the Retailer as soon as the Brand validates the order allowing the threshold to be reached, regardless of the date on which the Retailer placed the order.

The Retailer is informed that the €500 threshold corresponds only to the pre-tax price of the Products ordered, excluding any other fees that may be invoiced to it either by the Brand or by Ankorstore.

Quarters are fixed and not rolling (January 1 to March 31 – April 1 to June 30 – July 1 to September 30 – October 1 to December 31).

These Discounts may not be cumulative with others (Personalized Discount, Discount on a Product, etc.). In such a case, only the highest Discount will be applied to the Retailer’s order.

The Brands remain free at any time to withdraw the benefit of the Discount from Retailers who have not yet reached the spending threshold. Once the threshold is reached, the Discount is acquired for the applicable period.

Finally, in the event of cancellation, even partial, of an order (e.g., in case of damaged or missing products) reducing the total spent with the Brand (below the threshold), any Discount that may have been unlocked will be cancelled.

4. Financial Terms

Subscription to the Subscription is subject to the advance payment of a monthly fee (excluding taxes). The amount of the Subscription is specified in the FAQ: .

The Retailer provides its payment information at the time of subscription, including in the context of a free trial. The payment information provided is processed and stored securely by the PSP. In accordance with the Platform TOU, Ankorstore never has access to the Retailer’s payment information: .

The Retailer will be informed upon expiry of its free trial and before the debit of the first Subscription installment. It is the Retailer’s responsibility to ensure receipt of emails sent by Ankorstore (valid email address).

Any change to the amount of the Subscription will be communicated to the Retailer prior to its entry into force. The new fee will then be automatically applied to subsequent installments.

5. Termination of the Program

The Retailer may terminate its Subscription at any time directly and exclusively via its Account. Termination may occur no later than the day before the Subscription debit due date. Any termination made by another means (e.g., via customer service) or on the day of the debit due date cannot be taken into account.

A Retailer terminating its Subscription before the end of the current month will continue to benefit from the Subscription until the end of the relevant month (rolling month).

The Subscription is non-refundable, in whole or in part, under any circumstances. Any month begun is fully due.

Ankorstore reserves the right at any time to exclude the Retailer from the Subscription when it no longer meets the eligibility criteria, including in the event of fraud, abuse of any kind, or more generally failure to comply with the Ankorstore+ Terms and/or the Platform TOU:   .
