A merchant from a European country has ordered your products on Ankorstore, but VAT is applied? This means either:

• Your VAT number needs to be updated by your tax authorities. We encourage you to contact them. 

  or

• The merchant does not have a VAT number, or their VAT number is not eligible for the intra-community VAT rate.
