Everything you need to know about the free shipping threshold & the flat shipping fee
Last updated: July 21, 2026
From your personal space (Settings > Marketplace store set-up), you can define:
Shipping details. These are the countries from which you agree to receive orders. You can add, modify or remove them according to the countries in which you wish to sell.
Minimum order values. This is the minimum amount excluding taxes for a retailer to be able to order from your shop on Ankorstore. You can set one minimum for first orders and another for reorders. These minimums are applied to all retailers, regardless of their geographical location.
Free shipping threshold. This is the amount from which you no longer charge shipping fees to your customers (see next point). You can set different free shipping thresholds for domestic orders, for orders from International Zone 1 (France, Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Austria) and finally for orders from International Zone 2.
Shipping fees. These are the fees you charge when the total order amount (excluding VAT) does not reach your free shipping threshold. They are paid by your customers, or by Ankorstore if your customer is subscribed to the Ankorstore Plus program, and are added to the total order amount. As with the free shipping threshold, you can set different shipping fees for domestic orders, for those from International Zone 1 and for those from International Zone 2.
You can modify these settings at any time. Once saved, they will be automatically applied to all your new orders. Orders already submitted and ready to be accepted will not be impacted by the new settings. However, in order to avoid frequent changes in your customers' purchasing conditions, we advise you not to modify them too frequently.
