How to read our Shipping grid?

If you are located in the International Zone 1* (France, Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Austria), you can choose to ship with one of Ankorstore’s partner carriers (UPS or DHL) and get exclusive access to our negotiated grid below.
UPS Update: Zone 1 brands can now ship via UPS to International Zone 2 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland excluding Malta and Cyprus). Brands located in Int. Zone 2 do not have access to the Ankorstore label.
Better understand our grid
The reference weight in the grid is the maximum between the weight and volumetric weights.
The weight is the total weight of the order in kg.
The volumetric weight (expressed in kg) is obtained by calculating the order volume in cm3 (length*height*depth) and then dividing this volume by 6000 for UPS and 5000 for DHL. It allows a more accurate calculation of shipping costs for bulky but light packages (such as a surfboard)
The price does not vary according to the number of packages (within the limit of 20 per order).
The prices displayed on our grid include freight, pickup and any surcharges**.
You will also benefit from additional services like delivery to the customer (vs. delivery to a pickup point) and the possibility of deciding when, where, and how their orders should be delivered via the carriers' applications.
Customs fees are not included in these prices.
Example:
A brand ships a package of 6.3kg with dimensions of 20cm x 30cm x 40cm from and to France. The volume in cm3 of this package is 24000cm3 (20x30x40). Therefore, the volumetric weight for a shipment with UPS is 4kg (24000/6000) and 4.8kg with DHL (24000/5000). Thus, the maximum weight for a shipment with UPS or DHL corresponds to the weight of 6.3kg. We round this weight up to the nearest unit (7) to get the reference weight. The shipping cost will therefore be €10.
*International Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom.
**Surcharge included: fuel surcharge, low density area, special handling, returns, border fee, city centre delivery, security, customer service and compensation.
Can there be a difference between the estimated cost and the invoiced cost?
When you choose to ship with one of our partner carriers, we ask you to provide the weight and dimensions of the packages. This information is crucial for printing labels and estimating the shipping costs. Our partner carriers carefully check this data and regularly audit the weight and dimensions of the packages entrusted to them. The information provided by our partner carriers will then be used to calculate the final cost of shipping. Therefore, there may be a difference between the estimated shipping cost and the final invoiced cost.
Grid DHL / UPS as of 2026:
Extended / Remote area surcharge (pickup and/or delivery)
Some addresses are classified as “Extended” or “Remote” by carriers based on the combination of country and postal code. When an order involves one of these areas, an additional surcharge may apply on top of the standard shipping fee. This surcharge can apply to the pickup address, the delivery address, or both; if both addresses are eligible, the surcharges are cumulative. When you select a shipping method at checkout, the total price may include a breakdown between the standard shipping fee and the extended/remote area surcharge, but your final invoice will show the shipping charge as a single total amount.

Price adjustment linked to Fuel Costs
Ankorstore reserves the right to automatically apply a pricing adjustment mechanism related to fuel surcharges across all of its transport rate cards, both upstream and downstream. This adjustment is intended to reflect, whether upward or downward, the fuel surcharges commonly applied by Partner Carriers. It will be applied in accordance with the following terms:
Reference index: The adjustment is calculated on the basis of the CNR Professional Diesel Index (vehicles ≥ 7.5 tonnes), published monthly by the Comité National Routier (CNR) and available at the following address: https://www.cnr.fr/espaces/2/indicateurs/26. The index used is the one published on the last business day of month M-1. For example, for invoicing in April 2026, the applicable index will be the one published on 31st March 2026.
Frequency and application: The adjustment, where applicable, takes effect on the 1st day of month M following publication of the index and applies to all transport services invoiced during that month, based on the applicable rate cards. It is recalculated each month according to the same principle.
Adjustment scale: The applicable adjustment percentage is determined according to the scale below. No adjustment applies as long as the CNR index remains within the neutral band between 180.00 and 204.99:
The adjustment percentage, whether positive or negative, is applied as an addition to or deduction from the amount excluding taxes corresponding to the transport service invoiced to the Client, in accordance with the applicable rate card.
This mechanism is strictly linked to changes in fuel costs and may not be considered a substitute for a general price revision. Ankorstore reserves the right to adjust the operation of this mechanism, as well as the scale, under the same conditions as those applicable to amendments of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
