Ankorstore Plus is our paid membership programme. It’s available for all retailers on our platform in eligible countries and offers exclusive benefits in exchange for a monthly fee. 

What are the benefits of Ankorstore Plus?

• Free Shipping*:

  Save an average of between €7 and €40 on shipping fees for orders under the free shipping thresholds set by the brands! 

  Ankorstore covers the shipping fees for all orders below the free shipping thresholds set by the brands*. 

  *For most Ankorstore brands. Brand selection may evolve over time as decided by Ankorstore 

• Payment terms of up to 90 days: Enjoy payment terms of up to 90 days for free, unlike our standard offer (where eligible retailers must pay 2.9% of the order amount to access this deferred payment option). Your eligibility for payment terms is determined at the time of payment, subject to approval from Ankorstore's financial partners.

• Repeat offer:
  Unlock quarterly discounts between 5 and 20% from brands participating in our Repeat offer. This program is available exclusively to Ankorstore Plus members. To benefit from the discount offered by a participating brand, order more than €500 per quarter from that brand.
  This discount is activated the day after you reach the €500 threshold, once the brand has validated your order. It remains active until the last day of the following quarter.

  The discount remains active for all Ankorstore Plus members who reach the €500 per quarter threshold, until the brand decides to change or cancel it.

  Please note that brand discounts are not cumulative and that we only apply the highest discount available. For example, if a member receives a 15% personalised discount from a brand and the Repeat Offer discount is 10%, only the 15% discount will be applied. The same applies to our commercial events: if the discount offered by the brand is 5%, and its Repeat offer discount is 10%, the Repeat offer will be applied.

Who can join Ankorstore Plus?

All independent retailers in Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and the UK are eligible to join Ankorstore Plus. We will notify retailers in other countries once the programme becomes available to them.

How can I join Ankorstore Plus?

Simply click on the ‘Ankorstore Plus’ button on the Ankorstore homepage, or go to the Ankorstore Plus programme page in your account.
To become a member, you must meet the following criteria: 

• Provide a valid payment method 

• Accept the terms and conditions of Ankorstore Plus

Once you sign up, you will be offered a free trial period to start enjoying your exclusive benefits.

The trial period will be three months for Ankorstart Retailers and one month for regular Retailers. 

Are the benefits of Ankorstore Plus cumulative with other Ankorstore offers?

Please note that brand discounts are not cumulative and that we only apply the highest discount available. For example, if a member receives a 15% personalised discount from a brand and the Repeat Offer discount is 10%, only the 15% discount will be applied. The same applies to our commercial events: if the discount offered by the brand is 5%, and its Repeat offer discount is 10%, the Repeat offer will be applied.

Exception: discounts can only be combined with offers made by Ankorstore during commercial events organised by the platform.

How much does it cost to join Ankorstore Plus?

To become a member, retailers must pay a monthly fee of 19.99€ (excl VAT) in all EU countries, and 14.99£ (excl VAT) in the UK. This fee needs to be paid on a monthly basis and will give you the best perks from Ankorstore. Your payment will be taken one day before the beginning of the next monthly subscription.

Please note that the price is subject to change, any changes will be communicated to you before they are implemented.

How will I be billed?

After your free trial, you will be automatically charged every month from the date you first joined Ankorstore Plus.

Where can I find Ankorstore Plus membership invoices?

In order to find your Ankorstore Plus membership invoices, you need to click on theAnkorstore plus tabin your Retailer Back Office.

Step 1: on theAnkorstore plus tabin your Retailer Back Office, you should scroll down the page

Step 2: By clicking on "Manage Subscription Settings", you can find your invoices

Step 3: Then, you will land on a stripe page hosting your Ankorstore + invoices. You should then scroll down to the “Invoice history” section

Step 4: By clicking on the redirection link next to the date it will bring you to a page where you can download receipt and invoice. 

Note: For your record this is a French entity who is charging the invoice. This is a zero-rate invoice.

How and when can I cancel my Ankorstore Plus membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time via the Ankorstore Plus programme page in your account. Your subscription can be cancelled up to one day before your next scheduled monthly payment. Once you have chosen to cancel your membership, you will still be able to enjoy the benefits for Ankorstore Plus members until the end of your payment cycle. 

For example: if your payment is scheduled for the 15th, but you cancel it on the 10th, you will have access to your benefits up until the 15th of the month when your membership will end. You can reactivate your Ankorstore Plus membership at any time via the Ankorstore Plus programme page in your account.

You will continue to have access to your exclusive membership benefits until your free trial ends. After this date, you’ll lose access to your benefits.

When do I lose access to Ankorstore Plus benefits after cancelling my subscription?

You will continue to have access to your exclusive Ankorstore Plus benefits until the start of your next payment cycle (the day we would have taken your next monthly payment). After this day, your membership will be cancelled and you will lose access to your exclusive benefits.

Free shipping is available across a wide range of brands, exclusively for Ankorstore Plus premium programme members. 

Why may the selection of brands eligible for free shipping on orders below the free shipping threshold for Ankorstore Plus members vary over time?   

Ankorstore reserves the right to adjust the eligibility criteria for this programme to ensure the sustainability of Ankorstore Plus, while maintaining exclusive, high-value benefits for its members. 

Note: The latest update (November 2024) affects only a small number of brands, representing less than 3% of the total Ankorstore Plus reorder volume. This targeted adjustment ensures we can continue offering free shipping on the vast majority of our partner brand catalogue.  

How is brand eligibility determined? 

Brand eligibility is based on various criteria, including:

• Shipping cost history.

• Ankorstore free shipping threshold.

We continuously work with our partner brands to maximise the number of brands eligible for free shipping for our members, while ensuring the long-term sustainability of the Ankorstore Plus membership programme. 

How can I easily identify brands eligible for Ankorstore Plus free shipping? 

Numerous clear visual indicators on Ankorstore make it easy to spot brands eligible for free shipping with Ankorstore Plus.

Will these changes affect my current Ankorstore Plus membership fees?

Your Ankorstore Plus membership fees remain unchanged. You will continue to enjoy all the exclusive benefits included in your membership with eligible brands.

How often is brand eligibility reassessed?

We will periodically review brand eligibility to ensure you receive the best possible service as well as the sustainability of the Ankorstore Plus premium membership programme. You’ll be systematically notified in advance of any changes. 

What is the impact on my pending orders if a brand becomes ineligible? 

All orders placed before the official date of the new selection will benefit from the current conditions, including free shipping if the brand is eligible.
