Create product collections
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Collections are groups of products that you gather according to a theme or season (e.g., "Summer," "Christmas Gifts," "Best Sellers," "Sales"...). They allow retailers to easily discover your new products, best sellers, or themed selections, and encourage cross-selling.
Good to know: You can have up to 36 active collections at the same time. Each collection must contain at least 2 products.
Why create collections?
Highlight your key or seasonal products
Facilitate the discovery of your offer by retailers
Encourage group purchasing (a retailer can order an entire collection with one click)
Increase your sales and improve the shopping experience
How to create a collection?
Access the Products tab in your back office.
Step 1 - Click on Collections.
Step 2 - Click on + Create a collection.
Step 3 -Fill in the required fields:
Title (prefer searched keywords)
Description (max. 800 characters)
Cover image (JPEG, max. 2600x2600px, 1MB)
Collection products (add them one by one; all variants of a product are included)
Step 4 - Once finished, save the collection as active (immediately visible) or inactive (draft to be published later).
You can edit or delete a collection at any time.
Important Points
You cannot add a discount directly to a collection.
All variants of an added product are included.
Display order: the last added product appears first.
You cannot reserve a collection to a single country/market.
5 Tips to Optimize Your Collections
Attractive Title & Visual: choose a clear title and an image that makes you want to click.
Inspiring Description: highlight the story or strengths of your selection.
Favor Your Best Sellers: offer items that sell well to reassure customers.
Favor Products in Stock: avoid highlighting out of stock references.
Set the Right Overall Price: ideally, the collection should encourage the retailer to reach the minimum order amount without including too many expensive products.
And why not launch a "Sales" collection to boost your promotional product sales?
