Duplicate a product

Duplicating a product allows you to save time when creating similar references in your catalog.

Steps to follow

Step 1 - Access the Products page

Navigate to the table listing all your products.

Step 2 - Select the product to duplicate

Locate the line of the product to duplicate and click on the duplication icon. A pre-filled form opens automatically.

Step 3 - Update the essential information

  • Product Name: enter a unique name.

  • Images: add or modify visuals.

  • SKU: provide a unique code for each product.

Step 4 - Check and adjust other fields

  • Description: adapt it for the new product.

  • Price and stock: check and adjust if necessary.

  • Variants: ensure they are correct (size, color...).

Saving your product

  • Save "online": the product will be visible and available immediately to merchants.

  • Save "offline": the product remains hidden until published.

Warning: it is not possible to save a duplicated product as a draft. All mandatory fields must be completed.

Deleting a duplicated product

Step 1 - Click Delete the product if you do not wish to keep the duplication.

Step 2 - Confirm the deletion.

Tip: deletion is final and irreversible.

Practical tips

Always review all information before validation.

Use "offline" saving to refine your modifications without making the product visible.

Keep a clear list of your SKUs and product names to avoid confusion in your inventory.
