B2C orders: how does it work?

Last updated: July 21, 2026

How do I know if my brand is eligible for the B2C service?

Lot size

Your brand should use the same storage unit in B2B and in B2C.

If my brand has fragile (glass) products

In case of fragile products, we put in place specific repackaging solutions to ensure safe parcel shipping.

If you sell fragile products and wish to start using the Fulfilment for B2C orders, please contact your Inventory Manager to verify if a suitable solution is already available for your brand.

  • If such a solution exists, we will inform you, and you may then proceed to place B2C orders.

  • If not, you must wait for us to develop a tailored solution for your brand. Once it's ready, we will notify you, and you can begin submitting B2C orders.

If you submit a B2C order without waiting for our confirmation, your order will be cancelled to prevent any risk of damage during delivery - and you will be notified.

FAQ

What happens if my customer wants to return a product?

The responsibility for managing consumer return requests lies with the brand.

How much does it cost to use Fulfilment for B2C orders?

A transport surcharge of €1.90 / Order applies to shipments intended for non-professionals or consumers.

What happens if I don’t select the right client type when submitting an external order ?

It is your responsibility to accurately provide customer information, including the correct client type (professional or consumer).

The choice of client type affects carrier selection for shipping: B2C orders are shipped exclusively in parcels, regardless of the number of batches. Thus, it's crucial to carefully select the correct client type.
