Rate Schedules - Fulfilment

Last updated: July 21, 2026

Definitions Reminder

The Picking Unit is defined as the smallest logistic unit sold for a Product, with dedicated physical packaging and a specific EAN code. It corresponds to the handling unit in Picking.

Example: candles sold in sets of 6, packaged in 6 and with an EAN code at lot level. Ankorstore Commissions Orders entrusted to Ankorstore Fulfilment are subject to commissions, the amount and functioning of which are detailed on the platform, particularly in the Client's personal space for each order.

Ankorstore Fulfilment Pricing Modalities

Pricing is 100% variable; Ankorstore does not apply any fixed fees/subscription fees.

Ankorstore Fulfilment's billing consists of 6 elements:

  • 1. Sending Products to the Fulfilment Center (if using the Collection Service),

  • 2. Receiving Products,

  • 3. Storing Products,

  • 4. Preparation of Orders/Third-party Orders,

  • 5. Sending Orders/Third-party Orders,

  • 6. Other fees depending on service (returns, donations, destruction...).

1. Upstream Transport Costs (Client to Fulfilment Center)

When upstream transport is organized by the Client, the costs are borne by the Client.

When upstream transport is provided by the Collection Service organized by Ankorstore via a Partner Carrier, the following fees will be charged from Metropolitan France (excluding islands):

Maximum authorized weight: 30kg / Parcel

Maximum of 20 Parcels authorized per shipment.

A Collection Service by a Partner Carrier from the islands of Metropolitan France or another EU country can be considered on a case-by-case basis and by quote.

2. Reception Fees

Reception fees for Products are applied based on the following grid:

Reception fees for Products are applied based on the following grid:

Reception Fees

Rate

New reference (for every new SKU received)

€1.40

Per reception

Homogeneous pallet* (per pallet)

€4.00

Heterogeneous pallet, parcels

Per unique SKU

€2.14

Per homogeneous parcel**

€0.32

* A homogeneous pallet is understood as being a single-SKU pallet (one SKU on the pallet) and single lot number for Products tracked by lot.

** A parcel in reception is understood as the reception handling unit, which can contain one or more Picking Units of the same SKU/lot number. For a heterogeneous parcel (multiple SKUs in one parcel), the rate of €0.32 is applied to the Picking Unit.

Example: a reception (shipment) contains 14 distinct references (SKUs), of which 4 are new references sent for the first time. The reception consists of 5 homogeneous pallets, with 1 pallet per SKU for 5 SKUs, and 3 heterogeneous pallets containing the other 9 SKUs, with 20 homogeneous parcels for each of these 9 SKUs.

Reception fees for this shipment:

  • New references: 4 x €1.40 = €5.60

  • Homogeneous pallets: 5 x €4.00 = €20.00

  • Heterogeneous pallets: 9 x €2.14 + 9 x 20 x €0.32 = €76.86

  • Total = €102.46.

3. Storage Fees

Storage is billed per cubic meter of stored Products per calendar day based on the stock immobilization period from their receipt date:

Storage Fees

≤ 30 days

31 to 90 days

> 90 days

Per cubic meter and per calendar day

€0.32

€0.64

€0.96

Example: on 25/11, the Client has 6.40 cubic meters of products in stock, including:

  • 2.1 cubic meters in stock for less than 30 days,

  • 3.5 cubic meters in stock for 31 to 90 days,

  • 0.8 cubic meters in stock for more than 90 days.

Storage fees for 25/11: 2.1 x €0.32 + 3.5 x €0.64 + 0.8 x €0.96 = €3.68.

4. Order Preparation Fees and Consumables

Order/Third-party Order Preparation Fees are applied per Order/Third-party Order prepared:

Preparation Fees

Rate

Per Order (fixed)

€2.10

Per Picking Unit*

Per unique SKU

€0.60

Per unit picked

€0.25

* For each distinct SKU in the order, the "1st pick" corresponds to the first picking of a Picking Unit for that reference, and the "2nd pick and onward" applies to any additional picking of the same reference.

Consumables

Rate

Standard carton

€0.80

Reinforced carton*

€1.90

Palette (80x120 or 60x80)

€5.00

* Reinforced cartons are used for the reconditioning of fragile products, especially to make them eligible for parcel shipments. Includes the cost of the carton and protective elements (bottle dividers, SealedAir
® air cushions, protective paper…).

Example: For an order containing 3 distinct references and 12 Picking Units, and requiring 2 standard cartons, the preparation and consumables fees for this Order amount to €2.10 + 3 x €0.85 + (12-3) x €0.25 + 2 x €0.80 = €8.50.

5. Downstream Transport Fees (Fulfilment Center to Recipient)

For all Ankorstore Orders and Third-party Orders, downstream transport fees are charged based on the grids below.

a) Parcel Grid

For all parcel shipments, the grid used depends on the average density of the Client's Products:

High density

Medium density

Low density

3 Liters/kg

3 to 20 Liters/kg

> 20 Liters/kg

The Client is assigned to a single category (high, medium, or low density) based on the average density of their Products. This category is determined at Ankorstore's discretion, upon the first receipt of Products, and can be updated twice a year (January 1st and July 1st) to account for changes in the Client's catalog.

The weights in the grids below correspond to the weight of orders as weighed post-conditioning, including consumables.

The 3 destination zones are defined as follows:

  • France: Metropolitan France and Monaco. (surcharge applicable outside these cases, see below)

  • EU8 (excl. FR): Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain (excluding Canary Islands), Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom excluding Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey)

  • Outside EU8: other EU countries and Switzerland, excluding Malta and Cyprus

A transport surcharge of €1.90/Order applies to shipments to non-professionals or consumers.

A transport surcharge of €20/Order applies for deliveries to islands in Metropolitan France (examples: Corsica, Belle-Île-en-Mer, this list is not exhaustive), in addition to the standard transport fees according to the current tariff grid.

a.2) Medium Density Grid:

a.3) Low Density Grid

b) Pallet Grid

For all pallet-supported shipments, the pallet messaging grid is based on the following elements:

  • Destination: by department for Metropolitan France and Monaco, EU8/non-EU8 zones for export

  • Order 300kg: weight range

  • Order ≥ 300kg: number of pallets

For orders requiring ≥ 6 pallets, Ankorstore must use a chartering service, whose price will be based on an ad hoc quotation.

A transport surcharge of €20/Order applies for deliveries to islands in Metropolitan France (examples: Corsica, Belle-Île-en-Mer, this list is not exhaustive), in addition to the standard transport fees according to the current tariff grid.

For all pallet-supported shipments to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, Ankorstore will invoice the Client customs clearance fees amounting to €40/Order (these fees are additional to any potential customs duties or brokerage fees applicable, billable to the Recipient if applicable).

6. Fuel Cost Adjustment

Ankorstore reserves the right to automatically apply a pricing adjustment mechanism related to fuel surcharges on its entire transport grids (upstream and downstream). This adjustment reflects (increase or decrease) the fuel surcharges commonly practiced by Partner Carriers. It will be applied as follows.

  • Reference Index: The adjustment is calculated based on the Professional Diesel Index (>7.5-ton vehicles), published monthly by the National Road Committee (CNR) and available at this address: https://www.cnr.fr/espaces/2/indicateurs/26. The index used is the one published on the last working day of month M-1. For example, for billing in April 2026, the index used will be that published on March 31, 2026.

  • Periodicity and Application: The adjustment, if applicable, is effective on the first day of month M following the publication of the index and applies to all Transport Services billed during that month, based on the applicable tariff grids. It is recalculated monthly using the same principle.

  • Adjustment Grid: The percentage of applicable adjustment is determined according to the scale below. No adjustment is applied as long as the CNR index remains within the neutral zone between 180.00 and 204.99:

    image_5___qwt9shacdhm2gmuk.png

The adjustment percentage, positive or negative, is applied in addition to or as a deduction from the tax-excluded amount corresponding to the Transport Service billed to the Client, according to the applicable tariff grid.

This mechanism is strictly tied to the evolution of fuel costs and cannot substitute a general rate revision. Ankorstore reserves the right to modify its functioning and the grid under the same terms applicable to the revision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Additional fees may be charged by Ankorstore to the Client in the following cases:
