What is Ankorstore's pricing model for brands?

Ankorstore is a free platform. Sign‑up is free, with no subscription and no commitment.

What you pay, and why:

On every order, Ankorstore simply charges a 3% payment fee, calculated on the order total (VAT‑included). These 3% cover three essential elements:

• Payment guarantee: Ankorstore assumes the non‑payment risk.

• Fast payout: you are paid D+2 after delivery, whatever payment method your customer uses (including deferred terms such as Net‑30/60/90).

• Transaction processing: security and payment operations.

In addition, some services are billed based on your usage:

• Customer acquisition. When Ankorstore brings you a new customer (defined as a first order that is accepted and delivered), we charge €49 (Excl. VAT) for that introduction. This fee is charged only once and does not apply if the retailer already belongs to your network (historic customer or prospect declared in MyNetwork).

• Carrier service. Ankorstore provides negotiated shipping rates with partner carriers. Prices are displayed when you choose the carrier (or are available here: 📄 How to read our Shipping grid? . This service is available for orders from and to France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and Austria.

If applicable, these two services are invoiced at month‑end.
