Add variations to your products

Product variations make your catalog more appealing to merchants and offer more choices to your customers. They also help to better organize and structure your references.

Types of variations available

You can create up to 3 types of variations:

• Size

• Color

• Other (e.g.: material, scent, flavor...)

Variations can be added directly from the Products tab in your personal area, either individually or in bulk with a spreadsheet.

Add variations individually

When creating or editing a product, select Multiple products in the "Product variants" section.

• Choose the desired types of variations (size, color, other).

• To add multiple variations, type each value then press Enter.

• You can combine multiple types of variations (e.g.: size and color).

• Click Create variations, then fill in for each variation: Unique SKU, stock, price, etc.

• Click Save once finished.

Tip: You can modify or add variations at any time.

Add variations in bulk with a spreadsheet

• Click Add multiple products then generate or open the spreadsheet.

• For each group of variations:

  • Fill in the Product Name (identical for all lines of the same product).

  • Assign a Unique SKU to each variation.

  • Fill in the corresponding variation columns (size, color, other).

• Once the file is completed, import it via Import from the spreadsheet.

• After importing, check and activate the drafts in the Products tab.

Tip: The same product can have multiple types of variations and different prices depending on the variation.

Convert simple products into variation products

Identify the products to be grouped (prepare the SKUs).

• Keep one product as the main reference.

• Archive the other affected simple products.

• Then add the variations to the main product: the system will allow you to reuse archived SKUs.
